Notice of Copyright Infringement
HBSS Connect Corp., its QRYDE platform and its subsidiaries and affiliates (collectively “QRYDE”) respects the intellectual property rights of others and expects its users to do the same.
It is our policy, in appropriate circumstances and at our discretion, to disable and/or terminate the accounts of users who repeatedly infringe or are repeatedly charged with infringing the copyrights or intellectual property rights of others.
In accordance with federal and/or state copyright laws and regulations, QRYDE will respond expeditiously to claims of copyright infringement committed using the QRYDE Platform, website or other online network accessible through a mobile device or other type of device (the “Sites”) that are reported to QRYDE Copyright Agent, identified below.
If you are a copyright owner, or are authorized to act on behalf of one, or authorized to act under any exclusive right under copyright, and if you believe, in good faith, that any materials on the Sites infringe upon your copyrights, please send the following information to QRYDE’s Copyright Agent at HBSS Connect Corp., ATTN. QRYDE – Legal Department, 1075 Westford Street, Lowell, MA 01851: (1) a description of the copyrighted work that you claim has been infringed, including specific location on the QRYDE Platform where the material you claim is infringed is located. Include enough information to allow QRYDE to locate the material, and explain why you think an infringement has taken place; (2) a description of the location where the original or an authorized copy of the copyrighted work exists – for example, the URL (Internet address) where it is posted or the name of the book in which it has been published; (3) your address, telephone number, and e-mail address; (4) a statement by you that you have a good faith belief that the disputed use is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law; (5) a statement by you, made under penalty of perjury, that the information in your notice is accurate, and that you are the copyright owner or authorized to act on the copyright owner's behalf; and (6) an electronic or physical signature of the owner of the copyright or the person authorized to act on behalf of the owner of the copyright interest.
Upon receipt of the Notice as described above, QRYDE will take whatever action, in its sole discretion, it deems appropriate, including removal of the challenged material from the Sites.
